Yesterday I was in for some fresh veggies, found a cucumber in the fridge, cut off a piece and tested whether to eat it with or without skin... bäh! bitter!
Tanja came into the kitchen and showed me WHAT to do in order to make it tasty. Since you wont believe me, I took some pictures to show the process. Even Tanja and I dont understand WHY it works, but it DOES work...
Step 1: Cut off both sides of the cucumber.
Step 2: Put the cutted pieces on the opposite side of the cucumber.
Step 3: Rub with the small piece intensly on the cucumber until you get white foam.
Step 4: Do the same on the other side of the cucumber with the other little piece.
Step 5: Now the cucumber is ready; take off the skin... and: Enjoy!
